Healthy Snack

Do you ever experience the difficulty on finding some right and healthy snack for your waist? Because I do, I love to eat and try different kind of snacks and condiments, but my habit makes my waist even bigger. Some friends tell me to try the baked peanut (like pistachio, hazelnut, and almond) and dried fruits.

Here, how to prepare
1. Prepare one cup of hazelnut, one cup pistachio, and a cup of almond then baked all of them.
2. Prepare mandarin orange, apple, banana, in slices then baked them. Don't add sugar on it.

Well, it taste OK I think and is healty too. The baked peanut is contain of non saturated fatty acid that good for our heart and dried fruits contain fiber.
